However, Sammy was very sincere from the start and listened to what I needed. He suggested two reasonably priced ideas to meet my need for a back-up power solution. Sammy then came on site when he said he would, did the work quickly, was polite and professional. The entire transaction was incredibly easy and quick.

Sammy and his team got us set up with an automatic generator system for our home and we could not be happier with his service and help with everything. He came to give us a quote extremely quickly and explained all the of pros and cons of every type of generator we could get in order for us to make an educated decision. He then made sure he was able to come for installation quickly before the ground froze in January. He explained how everything works thoroughly and has been available 24/7 for support when needed. He keeps track of the functioning of our generator via his phone and promptly answers our messages when we have questions. We highly recommend Power East for any electrical services!!! Thanks again!

Nick and his team at Power East Electric came out to our home to upgrade our old fuse panel and install two outdoor plugs. We also got them to wire in our new heat pump. This hard working company provided us with a very clean install. They wired a plug for my generator and were very accommodating to where we wanted to put the plugs. Power East Electric was recently at our home because of an issue we had with an overload of our system due to some of the wiring being aluminum and cause the socket to catch fire. Nick from Power east electric came out ( very quickly I may add) and did a great job of ha doing the issue as well as providing some recommendations and on-site as to why this happened. Nick and his team came back a little while later and switched out some of the aluminum wired sockets to make them safer and allowing us to use them. They were prompt , knowledgeable, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves ( which based on my experience is something that hardly is ever done and a lot of companies don’t think of cleanliness or put much effort into it , not the case here . The crew came in and immediately changed there boots to indoor footwear , without me asking ) Would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have . Not often you can check all the boxes with a service of this kind and be 100% happy with everything but I can honestly say I am 100% happy and satisfied with the work from Power East Electric , from start to finish.
