Electrician showed up at 08:00am with an apprentice, both left at 10:00am which is a total of 2 hrs. The electrician also came the day before for about 45 minutes but did not do anything .. Just came to assess the situation I am assuming but anyway .. The electrician called me when the job was done to tell me that they accidently made a big hole in the back wall which is part of an appartement I am renting to somebody so he offered to get his company to fix it and said they will only charge me for the time of the day they actually worked which is 2 hrs .. The guy seemed kind so I decided to fix the hole my self and accepted the deal. To my surprise, I received a bill charging 3.5 hrs for the electrician and 2.5 hours for the apprentice. I then sent an email to dispute the charges. They decided to take one hour off the bill when really they should take off 2 .. So to resume, I am not dealing with this company anymore and do not encourage anybody to deal with them either.

We had them come out to install 2 smart switches. I gave my address and was given a quote. The man came out, replaced the two switches. He wasn't very friendly but installed them and left. He was there a total of a little over half an hour. They charged me for an hour and a half and when I called them they told me by Bill was over due. I asked them why the bill was so high. They told me after I paid it the manager would call me back. After I paid the bill I left several voicemails and never had one been returned. Over $200 for a $50 job.

Charged $15.00 for truck use, charged for hookup baseboard and breaker all that had to be done is plug the wire from the baseboard to the breaker breaker was already installed and the wire was already in the box to hook up $75.00 plus tax plus truck use of $15.00 outrageous.

I wouldn't trust them. I had switched a hot water tank and of requires a new breaker. J think it needed a 10amp instead of 20amp. So we called these guys to replace the breaker. They replaced and charged me for the breaker but also kept my old working breaker. I would consider that stealing because tthat breaker belongs to us and it still works. A bunch of theives they are. Go with someone else if you need any electricals done.
