14 years ago we bought an air exchanger and air to air outside heat pump for our new home from decostes; there was damage to the unit which the owner was upset because he said it was going to cost him money so he convinced my husband to take it at a $100 discount. Yesterday we lost our heat bc of something with the heating system so we called decoste and they said they weren't doing service calls and they really had no empathy. They were trying to blame it on covid but they were next door putting in a whole new unit and covid didn't seem to be an issue. I would expect more from a local business especially at Christmas time, very disappointed
