Antonio came quickly, sent us a quote, took care of permits and communication with Nova Scotia Power, and did all the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. I called Banks Road Electrical and left a message. In a very short time I received a call back from Antonio. I explained the electrical work I needed completed. It was a small job but Antonio listened and scheduled a visit a couple of days later. He followed up with a call to let me know the approximate time he would arrive. When he arrived he asked questions, explained the codes he had to use to ensure the work was done correctly and by safety standards. He gave me a quote. I was pleased with it and so we set up a time for him to return 2 days later to complete it. He called on that day and texted me to let me know what time he would arrive. He was punctual, professional and very efficient. I am so pleased he was available. He was not my first call as I tried all avenues to find a red seal electrician. Everyone qualified is busy and most were not interested in doing a small job. One even wanted $200 for travel which was a 30 minute drive. I discussed a future job with Antonio for spring 2021. He may not have been my first call but he will be my only call in the future. For all those qualified tradesmen don't forget the small jobs to help the general public. They are and will always be your bread and butter. I would recommend Banks Road Electrical every time to anyone. 5 Gold Stars! Thank you for helping us. We so appreciate it.
