The Rosse crew of plumbers are excellent. We have had them multiple times. Thorough and high quality service. Our kitchen needed a major fix and they went way beyond my expectation and even replaced the drain baskets on a very old sink. Now during the renovations of 2 bathrooms they have been there to assist with removal and replaced all the ancient worn out plumbing. The speed and efficiency was incredible. Lance in particular I'd like to thank for coming the same hour I called in for assistance.

The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The owner threatened me that if I posted a bad review his lawyer would sue me. It took his company three times to fix an easy issue ( that's three separate invoices over $500.00). Save time, money and headache and go elsewhere. Update: I’ve paid Parallel 50 for your services. That means I paid you. Your constant harassment ( with texts and calls ) to my property management company shows your lack of professionalism and your attempt to manipulate the publics view as to why you have a bad review. Shame on you!!!! An Unjust review I think not!!!

Ed Rosse Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The one day of the year where you do not want to have to call an emergency plumber is Christmas Day. I got a positive response on the phone and then inside five minutes received a call from the plumber. He told me he needed to collect his mate before attending to fix our problem. He forewarned me the cost would be about $1000 double time and two hours minimum. What he did not tell me was that I was on the clock from the moment he responded to the call. About 90 minutes later he arrived with his mate. Quite the travelling time for a company based in Campbell River and all on my dollar. We had a blockage and it needed to be cleared and it took the best part of two hours to do the work. Fair enough but I had a very uneasy feeling the price had been set before establishing the problem and that the problem was perhaps overdramatized to eat into time. I needed to supply three towels to soak up water and my tenant need to clean up after the job including the grease from the toilet bowl seal left on the floor. This was a smash and grab job ($1080), taking advantage on Christmas Day in my view. Will look elsewhere in the future.

$3500 bill to dig up a beer can in the pipes???? seriously... these guys took advantage of a hard working family, when the time was rip for the picking, we delt with Brad, he told us one thing...then the bill was otherwise. Very unprofessional company to deal with, very disappointed, I would not recommend this company.

Had a blockage in my pipes, called Ed Rosse and he sent two unexperienced plumbers to my house. Charged me 751.00$ and left telling me problem solve. Came home following day to a flooded house.Called them back and they sent two different guys telling me there nothing they can do ...worst service ever.
