Excellent service. Helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Had not heard of the place until it was recommended. Went EVERYWHERE looking for a specific sodium bulb and couldn’t find one. Purchased from E.B. Horsman in Campbell River. When it turned out the issue was the fixture itself and not the bulb I was able to return the bulb no problem. Because of their excellent service I then purchased a new LED fixture from them which we are very happy with. The friend who installed the new fixture asked why I didn’t purchase from a big box store and I told him about the service I received. I will continue to use them for any electrical needs.
