I have used suntricity for many years. This Last time I needed service was the absolute worst experience I have ever received. I had a thermostat that I wanted to have replaced in a rental property of mine. This goes back to the first week of July and the electrician could not figure it out. A thermostat was ordered and unfortunately was not compatible to my unit...FINE no issues but I was told that they would try and get one. I have called and left messages with absolutely no response. I must say that I and truly disappointed considering I thought I had built a relationship with this company as they have serviced my properties over the years. It's ok not to have all the answers but at least return my call and figure out a solution.

We needed a panel upgrade for our upcoming kitchen Reno so we decided to jump to 200 Amp upgrade also. They answered any questions I asked before and after. Guys kept us in the loop and offered a generator for my kids online learning, but we were good. Will Call next year for when we do our kitchen.
