Experience was alright, but not spectacular. Vince came out to do an estimate and was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The team that came out to do the work was rather rude on the first day, much better the second. Overall most of the work needed was completed but some of it was not, which I didn't realize until later because they took off at the end of day two without telling me or giving me a chance to review everything. Clean-up was not done (e.g. piles of drywall dust in the living room and basement). It did pass inspection (Inspector was an A-hole but that's not little electric's fault). I realize the place was a bit of a mess from recently moving in and other work being done but I found it unprofessional, clean-up doesn't take that long. The billing was also opaque with everything lumped into "parts". No idea if I was over or under-charged for parts because of that, but I was billed two full days of labour despite electricians arriving late and leaving early both days and not all the work completed.

We had an electrical fire at our quick service restaurant on a Saturday and needed a generator ASAP to save our all of our frozen and refrigerated food. Little Electric was one of the only places that would even pick up the phone on a weekend. They came through right when we needed them, arrived within 2 hours, positioned the generator in a tight area to improve security, and saved our inventory. They also handled all refueling and pickup. The whole process was seamless and took a huge amount of stress out of an incredibly stressful situation. We have nothing but good things to say about the team at Little Electric!

Communication seems to be little to non existent with this company. I have emailed over and over trying to get a day for them to do some work, but it takes 5+ days between calls and emails. It’s frustrating. Their work is great, but communication is lacking. Update: We were able to get the company to come out and complete the requested work, and as always they did a great job! We run a small business. Little Electric has been our champion on anything related to electrical that we do. Replace old breaker box? Done. Run new lines? Done. Help install equipment - professional and courteous again. The city needed to switch over our building power supply. Little Electric put us on a generator, and cut us over so smoothly we didn't even lose internet. Seriously - we have a problem, they're there fast, remember the work they did last time, explain what they're doing, and charge very fairly. 10 Stars if that were an option. Call Little first, and you won't need to call anyone else. Oh - they helped us at home too.

Today (Thursday), I received a call from Troy (less then 24 hours after my original call) who was also very professional and genuinely nice as we engaged in some small chit chat before I let him know of my problem. He was honest in saying that he didn't want to send someone out for service if it was something me, as a homeowner, could easily and safely do myself, like turning a breaker switch off and on. I set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon between 12 and 4. Cleared my work schedule to meet with the electrician and waited for 5 hours with no phonecall or response. I guess they didn't want the job. I wonder what they charge for 5 hrs of their time. Very disappointed.
