I now know why Conestogo Electric has such high reviews! When I called because of what I thought was an electrical emergency, I was informed that it didn't sound as urgent as I thought it was, thereby saving me the emergency rate. Then, after contacting me and getting more detail, Matt determined it was a utility company issue and sent out the hydro technicians, who were quick to fix the problem. Thanks to Conestogo Electric, everything is now working beautifully and it didn't cost me a dime. I would recommend these guys to everyone! They went above and beyond all my expectations and I can't thank them enough

He worked for 5 hours Saturday night to try and resolve our issue and came back at 8am the next day to continue working with energy+ to resolve the issue. I reached out to Conestogo for a quote on installing 5 light fixtures, and was handed a quote in excess of $1,100. This was inconsistent with the hourly rates that someone else had from their team had quoted to me earlier in the summer. I can understand that rates can change, and that project based quotes can vary from standard time and materials. What I can't understand is how/why Conestogo's quote was x3 higher than that of two (02) other companies, which quoted me ~$300 for the exact same project with the exact same information. I'm glad I did my own research before committing to the exorbitant price.
