His quotes are priced very well, and he ensures everything is done right and to code. Pete is extremely knowledgeable and if he does not know the answer off-hand he goes above and beyond to confirm and get back to you with not only the answer but recommendations, codes, and more to help you thoroughly understand what he is explaining. We are happy with his work, all inspections passed without a hitch, and Pete even followed up after the job to make sure we were satisfied.

I asked for help replacing an old switch to a smart switch and they sent Peter who was really friendly and lots of help, he went above and beyond. I also asked him about a light switch that seemingly did nothing and he found the problem in 2 seconds, 2 seconds later he rewired the plug and made everything work properly. I know who to call now if I need any electrical help!

Peter was quick, efficient, and professional. Weather was atrocious, and he was going to be a few minutes late, and called in advance. Job was done, at the agreed upon price, and he was even able to take a quick look at other electrical work to give me the peace of mind in knowing my home was safe and there was no significant hazards. And my job was a tiny 5-minute swap job. If he's this attentive and professional for the smallest jobs, I would absolutely recommend him for larger projects.

This company went out their way in a way some people might not have in this situation. I am bedridden waiting double knee replacement with severe arthritis and our power was cut off for reasons we were not told about. Seeing as im in a hospital bed and meds in fridge that can't go warm I knew I was in trouble. So I called platinum electrical to see if they could help. Peter answered. He was so sympathetic and suggested a generator as it was after 9pm so other power providers were closed. He had tried to get a generator but again the time and availability would be the issue. In the mean time I called our power companies emergency line and they said how to put it on limited power till I could call tomorrow. But I still received a follow up text from platinum giving me a web site and more advice. This truly is a company I want to deal with and I HIGHLY recommend them. We called him in to originally replace the light in our sons room, and then decided to change most of the lighting in our house with LED modern lighting, including the front hall chandelier. He explained and rectified the electrical issues we were having, and very knowledgeable about his trade. As the job was a bigger project than first anticipated, Peter came back and finished the work when it was convenient for both our schedules, and only charged the initial 1st hour, once. This is our second time using Platinum Electrical services. This time we thought we had to replace an outdoor plug. They came and checked it out. He checked everything! Plug, breakers, all outdoor plugs but found an entirely separate GFI control for the outdoor plugs. We had no idea it was even there! Platinum Electrical are awesome! They arrived at the time they said they would, are incredibly thorough and meticulous and excellent, friendly service! We will certainly use them again and again if required.

Peter and the guys working for him were all great - they were friendly and all did great work. I had a new sub panel installed in my garage and the existing garage circuits transferred over, as well as some additional outlets and a smoke detector installed. Peter even brought some additional things up to code that he found. The work passed inspection no problem. The price was reasonable and most importantly Peter didn't try to spring 'additional unforeseen' costs on me like a lot of contractors tend to do. Would hire him again and recommend PES.
