Everyone I met was really friendly from Photon Electric, and helped me install a Tesla Wall Connector at my driveway -- despite being on a corner property that's large compared to the (relatively) small house, far away from the driveway. They helped plan and carry out the new 60 Amp line's installation, and coordinated contractors for us to help with the trenching. After the initial estimate, we found a shortcut for the wire, and the owner and office manager allowed us to get a $100 discount for the reduced need of materials! The experience was awesome, and I'm so glad to have an EV charging solution right when I get home every day.
