Had a ceiling fan installed in my rental apartment on September 28th by Christopher Olsen. According to my tenant, he was awesome! Went above and beyond and really provided excellent customer service. My tenant felt well taken care of. 10/10 for this young man. Krista was fantastic as well. I coordinated with her over the phone with the scheduling of the service. Very friendly and efficient. Called her several times for questions and she was paitent and accommodating. Another friendly and efficient staff member is Ms. B (forgot her name) who processed my payment over the phone and sent the invoice right away by email. She was so nice and easy to deal with over the phone. Overall, excellent service by Mr. Electric staff members. 10/10!!!

My very very old fire alarm was going off and on every half hour or so. There was no battery and it was hard wired into the home. Mr Electric was at my home within 2 hours to fix the issue and they did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well.
