The only constructive feedback I have is that he used a wet ladder that left the white carpet dirty - in certain weather conditions it would be nice to have put something down before putting the ladder on the carpet. An excellent resource for electrical services. Perhaps not rock bottom prices but I keep them as my regular electrical call out as they are extremely responsive and professional - ask them if they can do something or figure out how to get a certain result and they will have a small team round to your house by the next day and they always figure it out, even when the previous wiring is a mess. Frequently will go that little bit extra or will not charge for small things in order to keep relations with the customer. I'd always go back to them for my next project.

Fraser was wonderful and after he completed the repair he answered several questions about some switches that I had and did not know what they were for. From the first reading of the website to the final invoicing, I was impressed! Carlos was the first contact and even though we only communicated in writing, I felt that he was polite and efficient. I got reminders about the appointment and Fraser showed up on time! He has excellent customer service skills as well as electrical expertise! The only negative was that I asked for business cards to share with friends and family - they don't have any! Contacting Gravity was a definite win for me!

Hi, we had a 60amp for a hot tub installed and some plugs and lights moved for a sliding door to our deck installation. Jason was great! On time, professional and courteous. Interacted well with the door installers to find the best solution for our wiring relocation. We still have some lights and plugs to install in our Reno and they are coming back to finish the job when the floor installers arrive, so willing to work around our renovation timing. They didn't quote me two separate jobs to troubleshoot and fix my problem but planned and allocated time to fix on the spot. In general I was very pleased with the electrical wiring and network cabling they routed through my home. The lead installer was on time, courteous and accommodating. The only minor issues I had were that some aspects were implemented slightly sub optimally - the running of two conduits where one would have sufficed, and not using clean hands handling my access points which are now not white but brown (easily cleaned so not a major issue). Otherwise I would highly recommend them. Update: I contracted them again to install another 20A AFCI circuit to my attached garage - went without a hiccup, great service.

I am using Gravity Electrical for the first time. I am extremely pleased with Gravity Electricals' quality of work and excellent service. Pat was a very experienced electrical technician and very sincere in getting the issue resolved effectively. The problem in my house was like a puzzle (could not figure out what the issue was), as two zones were not having the power supply. Everything looked normal, but two zones will not work. With over 30 power outlets, Pat checked the outlets very systematically, and discussed about past issues and specific power outlet issues from the past and quickly identified the problem and the location. Then the 'fix' was done quickly and everything came back to normal operation. Thank you Pat and Gravity electrical.

Pelumi and Fraser were great to deal with. All work completed on time and without issue. Gravity is competitive with pricing and I awarded them the work to my house based on Pelumi's professionalism with his initial on site visit. All precautions taken but these kind of quotes cannot be done virtually, at least accurately in my mind. He came right out and asked the right questions based on my needs. The e-mail updates with appointments were a great reminder of upcoming work. I haven't seen this level of communication before, I appreciate it. When more electrical needs arise (they always do) you will be the first to know.
