I strongly reccomend Jason with First Aid Electric for your electrical work. We had issues with our bran new electric range and were suspecting it could be an electrical problem. Knowing that we needed to be able to use the oven to feed our family, Jason fit us in for the very next day. He was on time, friendly and sharing the information with my husband and I so that we were in the loop and knew what to expect. It ended up that the bran new oven was defective... He temporarily fixed it so that we could still use it until we receive the new one from Whirlpool. We now have the peace of mind that noting electric is defective and that our family is safe!

The service Jason provided today was exceptional. he arrived on time (early in fact) and fixed my initial issue in quick succession. Feeling bad to bill us for an issue that was resolved so quickly, Jason asked if there was anything else he could do. We informed him that we had a leaky faucet and piping in a bathroom sink, and he offered to take a look immediately. Fixed the leak in the pipe, and drove to Lowes and back to get a part to fix the faucet. The final bill for running around for us was extremely fair, and his service as stated at the top of this review...exceptional! Without a doubt, Jason will be the first person we call for any future electrical needs, and will gladly refer him to anyone needing such service. Thank you again Jason.

Jason was able to resolve a problem with our Antique Dining room Light. He very quickly opened up the old lamp, took it down and established that one socket was loose and had shorted out. He found the socket at Home Depot, installed it and rewired the switch. Everything worked perfectly and his price was very reasonable. We would definitely call Jason back for our electrical repairs.

We had Jason install a chandelier that looked like it might be a challenge due to all the wires and different angles of the circles. He was very professional, showed up on time, and had the chandelier up and looking great in no time, and at a more reasonable price than anyone else. We are now going to have him install a receptacle, and light on the deck. I would highly recommend Jason for any electrical needs, he is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Besides, why would you want to pay three times the price with a larger company where the service wouldn't be nearly as good.

I am grateful as to how Jason went above and beyond to repair my underground cable. I had a faulty underground cable that resulted in having ½ the power to my house and what was left was weak. I was very concerned as my son has medical issues and requires a ventilator, suctioning etc. which means it is imperative we have power. As this matter occurred during COVID19, it was especially imperative as my son could not go to the hospital for fear of the virus if, in fact, I did lose complete power. I was also concerned as I was quoted a substantial amount to repair the faulty line. Not only did Jason move mountains to have the work completed as soon as possible, his final invoice was substantially less than anyone else who gave me a quote. Jason’s work was performed extremely well and ended up repairing the cable in such a way that it is extra secure than it was originally to ensure this does not happen again. I truly can’t thank him enough for all he is done for us. I highly recommend Jason and his company for any and all electrical needs you may require.

When my wife and I were considering purchasing an EV, I phoned several electricians to enquire about EV charging systems. Jason was the only one who spent time discussing and answering my (numerous) questions. As we proceeded Jason continued to provide feedback on possible systems (at this point there was still no commitment to use his services). Once we decided to proceed, Jason having earned our project installed the charger as I requested. Shortly thereafter I decided I wanted to make a change, and Jason responded quickly to this new request. Then it got interesting. We were having some other electrical work done concurrently as part of installing solar panels on our roof. Following completion of both projects, one of our basement circuits failed. I contacted Jason as I thought it was possibly associated with the EV charger installation. Jason again responded immediately (“First Aid!”). He traced the failure to an improperly wired dimmer switch that I had installed a couple of months previously. Jason was very tactful in explaining what had happened, and even spent time discussing electricity safety with my grandson who was very intrigued that Jason had solved “the mystery”. And despite the fact that I had made the installation mistake, Jason refused payment for the repair stating that he was most concerned that the wiring was now safe. Exemplary service by an exemplary person. Thank you Jason.

I called First Aid Electric and Jason came that afternoon and fixed it so I was able to celebrate that night. I have not had a problem with it since.
