Late Friday night we had a sudden and inexplicable power failure on some, but not all plug sockets. I called Enerpro to see if they could send someone in on Saturday to take a look. Sean at Enerpro said that they did not have anyone available until Tuesday. However, he spent the time with me on the phone about my problem and gave me clear and concise suggestions about how to fix it myself. His suggestions totally worked. I am grateful to Sean and Enerpro that they were willing to help even though they did not make a cent off the interaction. From now on, if we have any electrical issues, we are going with Enerpro. It turns out my condo building hid the drivers for my puck lights in an unreachable area, so we had to rewire them and we installed new LED lights. What can I say! These guys are fantastic!! My first introduction to Enerpro was through Shawn. It was a small issue of a chirping smoke detector. He was at my house within a couple of hours. Within a few days we discovered some wiring that we required in our garage. Jason came out to take care of it today. I used the homedepot.ca webpage to find Enerpro. They called me within a couple of hours of submitting the request on homedepot.ca. Enerpro was professional, met their commitments, and installed the ceiling fan without issue. The electrician had over 10 years experience, and helped me understand some complicated wiring (a 3-way switch) in the same room. I appreciated that the electrician wore a mask and had disinfecting wipes to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Sean at Enerpro booked the appt, first asked a couple of trouble shooting questions to see if we could sort out the situation on our own. That said something positive right there. When it looked like a service call would be needed. We were booked for following day. Enerpro’s Jason called and was able to fit us in early, another plus. Jason did their standard check on all interior and exterior outlets, switches, smoke and CO detectors making sure everything was functional and in good repair. He then sleuthed out our problem outage, stemming from the original construction which took years to appear and repaired that, solving our mystery outage in that area of the house. Was personable, courteous, happy to explain and answer layman questions. Knows his business. We would have Enerpro back, for repair or upgrades of panel etc.
