We recently had Crew Electrical perform a complete re-wire at our new home. The task was quite extensive and involved, requiring drywall/ceiling cuts, attic entry and strategic planning along with specialized techniques to avoid damage to areas such as the kitchen backsplash. On top of this, the electrical panel was moved and service upgraded to 200amps. At the time of estimation, it became quickly apparent to me that Crew had a great deal of experience doing larger jobs and that this would not be over their head. An estimate was provided on site, something I also appreciated. Upon beginning the work, we were always kept in the loop on a daily basis as to the completed work, what lied ahead and any potential issues that were encountered along with options on how to resolve. The Crew team worked tirelessly, rain or shine, in an attempt to complete the work prior to our move in, which they successfully did. A special shout out to the lead electrician assigned to our place, Conrad, who patiently answered all of our questions and acted as a great problem solver during the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend Crew Electrical to anyone and would obviously use them ourselves again in the future. The work they do is of top quality. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is using their drywaller. While his stippled ceiling repair in outstanding, the drywall repair wasn't so much, leaving a farm of 1/2cm craters everywhere (he claimed they are normal, they're not, google it). Also, part of the wall was scuffed pretty good from the ceiling repair (and not fixed), some drywall was left unsanded and HVAC air intake vents were not plastic wrapped prior to sanding (as a result, the insides of them were caked with drywall dust).

I called them in need of a repair (not knowing what it was that needed to be repaired) and same day, they sent someone to the house. The man was very knowledgeable, exhausted all possibilities of what could be causing my problem, and asked me to follow up with him. He stayed for over an hour, looking at all of my wiring and asking me questions, but didn't charge me extra for staying so long. I would definitely use them again. :)

Light had a ground fault short. The work was done very quickly and professionally.

Installed a combination smoke alarm and C02 detector to replace the old one that no longer worked. Conrad is a great person and I have had him repair an outdoor socket also in the past. He is personable and makes sure you understand all that is happening and how to work the device when its installed. He ran through the test sequence for me so I knew what to expect and indicated I would need to replace two AA batteries in one year and when they were getting to the point of not working what the device would do to remind me. Prior to moving into our new home I contacted Drew at Crew electrical and discussed some future work at our new home ( power in the garage for a unit heater and a new switch in the bathroom for a bathroom fan ). Drew listened to what I had to say and gave a few suggestions that were better then what I was thinking. In the end they put a timed switch in the bathroom and a sub panel in the garage. Drew was very accommodating for scheduling the install. The day before Conrad gave us a call and showed up on time the day of. He is an amazing electrician, he's professional, punctual, polite and personable. Conrads work is in its own league as well and I was able to see why CREW electrical had him on their team. After the work was completed Conrad showed me everything he did and we noticed a tripped breaker. After further investigation he noticed it was a faulty break because the previous home owner doubled up another breaker to "fix" the issue. Doing this is very dangerous, it can cause a fire which could have burned down our home or worse. Conrad was quick to fix it for us. CREW electrical is an amazing company, their prices are competitive and their work is in its own league. I would point anyone into the direction of CREW electrical to have work done. Thanks guys

Conrad did an incredibly amazing job of repairing fire-damaged electrical and co-axial cable wiring. He spent an entire day meticulously trouble shooting and solving the re-wiring issues. The majority of this time was spent in the attic with insulation and a lingering smokey smell. The electrical wiring was resolved without any wall damage, found the best solution of utilizing a nearby light fixture junction box. Also above and beyond effort in resolving the co-axial cable issue. Thanks for the incredible effort Conrad, all while taking the time to further explain everything you were doing.

Had a great experience with Crew. They replaced a 70's panel/breakers for me and tidied up the old wiring nicely, also had them add new premium bath fans. They quickly provided me with several quotes with different break downs, showed up on time, took the time to explain things to me when asked.
