Chris and Teena was very responsive from the time I communicated what work I wanted to be done. They were able to expedite my request on a rush work. Joseph and the other guy (Tristan - I believe) were very accommodating. They came to our house to do the actual job. They upgraded our panel to 200amp service, replaced a big fan with a chandelier and installed our security system. I am pleased with the work they’ve done. Everyone was professional. In all honesty, I was at a complete loss when I needed to add a higher voltage plug to my spa studio and didn’t know where to start, but thankfully I found Colz Electric. Chris from Colz Electric recommends to my neighbor that the only best solution to run a power line from the garage to the front of the house is to trench thru a neighbor’s land resulting in an encroachment (a power line encroachment comes with many future liabilities to the victim homeowner). Being a good neighbor and ignorant about a power line encroachment, I told my neighbor most likely yes once I have verified with my home builder first. My neighbor gives Chris the go ahead without waiting for my phone call-back. I rush home from work to talk to Chris to stop the encroachment, Chris then got very aggressive in defending the encroachment’s action and recommendation. When taking pictures and documenting the encroachment, Chris and his co-worker got very aggressive in wanting to take away the phone from me. Very aggressive Electricians and unprofessional to recommend a power line encroachment.

I received a quote form these guys, very detailed and very well priced. They looked after the complete electrical setup for my hot tub from panel to the hot tub. As the hot tub supplier kept on changing the delivery date their planning was adjusted several times. Finally the hot tub was delivered with 1 day notice and Colz Electric was able to get the work done on the day the hot tub was delivered. Happily surprised as I know how frustrating it is dealing with contractors who do not treat you like you are the customer. Chris was able to send out a technician right away, and was able to diagnose some potential problems over the phone, also ensuring the technicians had the right parts available in case it needed to be replaced right away. The technician came on time, was kind and courteous, and was able to perform diagnosis and solve the problem. While he was here, he also helped to fix some connection issues with a light fixture.
