I was fortunate to have Rawle from WESPAC Electrical Contractors come to my townhouse to: 1. Replace a faulty in floor heating thermostat for our basement ensuite. 2. Reinstall a baseboard heater for additional heat in our basement ensuite. 3. Fix the remote control for our basement bedroom ceiling light & fan. 4. Trace missing AC feed then install our master bedroom baseboard heater. Rawle came on time then worked courteously and professionally to complete the job 100%. Item #4 above has been a wish for years as the only other way to heat our 2nd floor mater bedroom is from the living room gas fireplace in the living room below. I now asked him to upgrade 2 gas fireplace controls to Wi-Fi devices for my smart home network. After Rawle does some research, he will be back to do that job. I look foreward to that! After revieiwng google review about the WESPAC, i inquire about the installing lights and fan by providing detail information by an email and then i request them to communicate by e-mail due to conflict of working hour. Then, Westpec representative unprofessinally reply back to me - “ Thanks Christina but we have to decline.” This is the only email i get from the operation manager, Chrissy. Then, i contact Westpect to speak with representative for the explanation about the not polite email. Representative returns my call and finally got explanation about the unprofessional email. They reply the email that way because they think my email is spam even though i provide detail information about installation inquiry. They also had to speak to customer over the phone to get accurate estimiaye quote. Although i understand their points, it could be better if representative initlly provide reasons why they are declining to communicate with potential customer by an e-mail. The email was very unprofessional to potential customer. It could be better to response customer who has interest in. After receiving an unprofessional email, i decide not to go with Westpec at this time. Westpec might definitly need to improve customer service in terms of treating potential customer.

I used WESPAC service for installing a lighting fixture. Working with this company was a great and pleasant experience for me. My strata company asked for some documents (Proof of liability insurance and WCB clearance) to issue the approval. When I called another company, they wanted to charge me extra 100 dollar to just send me these documents, but WESTPAC immediately sent me these documents at no extra charge. The electrician (David) who showed up to install our lighting fixture was extremely polite, professional and patient. He did a great job. Gary Y. arrived in the morning of January 11, 2021 to install and hang our new chandelier that was replacing an old outdated one from 19 years ago. He was on time and assessed what needed to be done. Although he was about 21 feet high, he was cool as a cucumber. He also had to install a box that was absent prior to hanging the chandelier and connecting the electrical. I can say without a doubt that WESPAC is fortunate to have him representing the company. He completed the work in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate in calling WESPAC for any other small or large projects in the future. I should also mention that my initial contact was with Alan, the Residential Division Manager via email. Estimate from Alan was reasonable and work needed was carefully explained together with what hydro would need to install new service. I was very pleased with the job Wayne did for me at Wespac. I needed to replace an old range hood fan. The new fan I bought had a rather thin steel on the top which caused the hood to sink on one side and appeared crooked at the top. Wayne was able to fix this by simultaneously lifting the fan up and drilling two screws to the side in order to straighten it out. Well done. Wayne also helped me to switch out a bathroom light and fan switch as well as replace the fireplace switch all within an hour. Wayne gave me some helpful household tips as well and was social and professional. I will continue using Wespac for my electrical needs.

We hired WESPAC to do 1Gb CAT6 cabling for internet. Our house is fully finished, many electrician came and said that they have to cut drywall quite extensively and I had pretty much given up until I contacted WESPAC. Doni from WESPAC did amazing job and now we have 1Gb network throughout the house. The cables were hidden completely, pulled cable in all three floors and also pulled them into garage. He also added a fan in the living room with absolutely no mess. He is pleasant and explained me very patiently how he is going to pull the cable. One of my kitchen outlets shorted out and ruined my microwave plug. Wayne from Wespac came in and replaced all three outlets in the kitchen with modern GFCI outlets and new switch plates. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions about the new safety features of the GFCI's. He has an extensive knowledge of electrical codes and knows how to wire a home correctly. Wespac was brought in by our contractor to do renos for our insurance claim. All the guys, Chad, Dan and Frank did an awesome job fixing up our electrical. It was a big job but they did everything so professionally and quick. Always got a quick reply when I tried to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend them and also use them again in the future.

We had the good fortune of having Wan complete our insurance claim electrical work. His experience and knowledge base of electrical work was excellent. In addition to being an excellent electrician, he saved our house from fire damage when another trade accidentally caused a fire in our kitchen. Not only did he discover the fire, he grabbed the burning debris and ran it out of the house to the driveway. I couldn't believe my eyes as he ran through the hallway to the outside with embers flying about him all in effort to save our house from fire damage!! In our eyes Wan is a hero! Thank you Wan!!!

Gary Yang arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a defective breaker and it turned out to be in a dangerous state, so I am pleased Wespac came by the day after I called! Gary replaced the breaker and then checked 2 other subfeed paneIs to make sure they were safe. Gary also troubleshooted a defective relay for my in-floor radiant heating, then went and got the part and replaced it. A very good experience. Gary was very professional and I will definitely use Wespac again and recommend them to others!
