We had Patrick install 4 track lights and 2 fans. His price was reasonable, and quality of work was excellent. I am a person who pays attention to details, and I have to say in installing the track lights, he did an awesome job. all the lights were parallel to each other and looked beautiful. You can tell that he loves what he does, and is proud of it. I would definitely call him again when I need any electrical work.

Very positive! Superior West was recommended to us by someone in our building after the track lighting in our kitchen unceremoniously died, so we scheduled a technician to come to our place within a day or two. He quickly located the problem, found a replacement part, and had the light working within the hour. He was friendly, clean, and efficient. He explained what went wrong in clear terms that a non-technician could understand. We would definitely call Superior West again.

After booking Patrick a few days prior to an important job that I needed done in my house, Patrick TEXTED me the morning of to cancel! Just an hour or so before, leaving me stranded for a job I NEEDED done that day. Said he was wasn't feeling well. Fine ppl call in sick to work, but the whole company shouldn't shut down as a result! Told me casually that he could do it the following week but that doesn't help! It was too late. I needed the job done when I requested for the service. Then wouldn't answer the phone when I called and left msg. BRUTAL SERVICE. Couldn't even secure someone else to assist me to do the job. Terrible customer service. These guys usually just take the job that they'll make the most money at, and shift ppl around however they see fit. In any event - Pathetic. And cost me bigtime with my Strata council!!

He then came back installed a new switch, and later returned again to install another part to avoid ghosting on the LED fixture.He's a good guy Who cares about service

Had Patrick come to our house to do a service/panel upgrade and run wiring for a heat pump. He did a great job with pre-work and co-ordinating with Hydro to minimize our time in the house without power. He also suggested running power for an electric vehicle charger while the wall was opened up which turned out to be great idea I hadn’t considered. He was happy to help out our HVAC contractor when some found work showed up. Transparent and friendly, would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a good electrician, Patrick is your guy. He was efficient, friendly, and did a great job. My job wasn't the easiest, and we had some hardware issues, but he patiently called the manufacturer to figure out the problem. He had to come back 3 or 4 times to finish the job at no fault of his own, but did it with a smile. Price is very reasonable for the work he does.

Patrick took care of a few minor upgrades: the thermostat controls and co ordinated them well with our system. He explained everything clearly and did not mind answering questions that were simplistic. He also put in a new chandelier over our dining room table and was open to my suggestions via placement and height. etc. most accommodating. I would highly recommend his service as he was polite, knowledgeable and not attempting to max his profit line but considered my wishes. Very professional.
