We have to echo the other reviewers for this business. Totally professional and turned up on time (on a Saturday). Spoke to the business owner Andrew to arrange the install of two newly purchased ceiling fans to replace the lights in both living and family rooms. Agreed on a day & time and he said Chase would be the one to do the work on the day. He also gave us a quote based on the work to be done - which included assembling the fans before the install. Chase arrived as agreed and after being shown the fans (still in boxes) and the locations, he went to work. When finished, both fans looked and worked perfectly. The surprise was when the invoice arrived a week later - a GOOD surprise! The invoice was for significantly less than the original quote. AND customers are able to pay via eTransfer - a business that is honest, timely, technically proficient and business savvy with personable workers! What's not to like.......... Would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! Thanks Andrew and Chase..........................ohhhhh - and the fans have made a huge difference to the airflow in the house. They are still working perfectly!

Was originally given some advice over the phone just to make sure the problem was not with my washer. Came the same day to fix. Landon was the electrician, very nice young man. He showed me exactly what he was doing. Wiring was a mess. I really hope the problem has been resolved after changing breaker and doing some rewiring. Owner even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

He's the man to call for urgent situations! A sudden heatwave combined with irresponsible delivery of an air conditioner left us, literally, in the hot seat. Recognizing that his clients are people in need, not just impersonal "jobs", Andrew kindly fit us in to his schedule, so that when our AC finally did arrive, he was there shortly after to install it for us. Clinton came the same day to change out a vanity light fixture. The removal of the old light revealed a small opening which the new light would not cover. He also had to install a junction box. He installed the new fixture, and went over and above by making a neat patch with drywall. He also provided me with another piece of drywall and some wood upon my request, so I could easily replace a different drywall section in my bathroom, left by the installation of my new vanity cabinet. All this was completed within 1.5 hours. I'll call them again for my kitchen renovation!

Fantastic company. We partially lost power in our condo, computers turned off, lights were really dim and flashing. We thought it might have been a short from wall mounting something recently and requested PTX to send someone over. While they were on the way over we found out that the whole block had lost power and our building was on emergency generator power. PTX were really understanding and even though the electrician was almost here they cancelled the call and didn't charge for the call out.

I needed a ceiling fan installed and contacted PTX on a Sunday afternoon expecting a response on Monday but to my surprise, I received a clear, detailed response immediately. I picked a time and date, had to reschedule the time (my fault) but the entire process was fast and painless. Within a few days, Andrew popped by (the other Andrew), figured out our electrical situation and had the fan installed and running in under an hour.
