Excellent service and work. I contacted Golden Leaf Electrical early yesterday morning and they were able to send someone out later that same day. We had them repair an outlet in the kitchen that stopped working. They did an amazing job and left the work area clean and charged a fair price.

Amazing! Only positive things to say about their team. We had Golden Leaf Electrical come to do all of the wiring and lighting installation for our kitchen reno last month. The electrician got the job done quickly and kept everything very clean. On top of that he preformed a small home safety electrical inspection. Great service!

I was referred to Golden Leaf through BC Hydro's EV program (along with other BC Hydro referrals). My experience has been that Golden Leaf Electrical appears to be a "premium" service. They charge $50.00 for any quotation. The quote that they came back with is also the highest priced out of the other vendors. Ultimately I did not go with them, because for the $50 quote I did not find that there was anything they were saying differently than the other electricians. I did find that the electrician that came was very friendly and professional though. It might come down to execution which i haven't tried, but if it's a smaller job (similar to mine) I would not recommend Golden Leaf.

Out of the multiple electrical companies I called when looking for someone install some fixtures and outlets in our new home, Golden Leaf was by far the most courteous and friendly to deal with. Fred was my electrician during my renos. Punctual, professional, patient going through everything I wanted to change and fix. Proactive suggesting ways to save energy and very honest telling me where I could have wasted my money, instead of taking advantage of it. We had a list of small repair items. Chris did a great job diagnosing issues and repairing – mostly light switches. Also fixed two outdoor “safety” lights. He explained everything as he went along, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this company and Chris!

Our AC blew the arc fuse in our circuit on the hottest day on record so we needed a quick fix to be able to have fans running that night. We called at least 10 places, not only was Golden Leaf one of the cheapest but Yvonne did magic to get someone out to our place the same day. Frank came and fixed everything that afternoon and took the time to explain everything he did and give advice on how to run it without breaking it again. Can't say enough good things about these guys :)

Excellent end to end. Fast response to our call. On-site was professional and fixed our mystery problem in no time flat. Based on our first experience we had Golden Leaf come out again to install a new ceiling fan in a rather tricky area - no existing outlet etc. It was done quickly and perfectly. Really impressed. We are having them back for our kitchen remodel. Why? Be crazy not to.

Chris is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and was able to diagnose and fix both issues quickly. As a senior living on my own I felt extremely confident that the job would be estimated fairly and done professionally. We recently had our kitchen renovated by Modus, which is the contractor IKEA works with. Modus arranged for Goldleaf to do the electrical work. To us, that was already a vote of confidence for Goldleaf; Modus has steady work coming from IKEA, so probably chooses contractors carefully. Chris from Goldleaf didn't disappoint. He was professional and did a great job. We're very happy with his work. Bonus: he was on time each time he visited. I have no reservations in recommending Chris from Goldleaf.
