This company truck intentionally blocked a 35 unit buildings only parkade exit for 1-2 hours. There was parking at the construction site and in the lane but they chose to block the only exit from the parkade & no one on site would take responsibility for doing this (but 1170 Barclay which is 2 buildings from where your truck intentionally blocked a very obvious parkade gate, is listed as your project on your website)
