The response from the business to my review below is false. There is nothing wrong with the heating. Nobody plugged in any high-demand heaters. This is invented nonsense to excuse the bad work. blame the customer. That's the standard trades response when they make a mistake. Would be nice if they would just own up and admit they didn't do the job to plans. Electrical plans did not change on a daily basis. We made one change which was reviewed and agreed to by the electrician. We did not try to add at least ten circuits that we "suddenly realized" we needed. We only wanted them to install what was in the plans. Seriously, guys, how do you sleep at night lying about your customers like this? Just dishonest. I'm sure they'll add another dishonest response to this review. Beware potential customers.
Response to business below: 1.)Company had plenty of opportunities to come back and fix deficiencies but refused to do so without being paid extra to complete the work as contracted. 2) We contacted the electrician 6 months after completion, as soon as we figured out they had not wired the building to plans. 3) Yes it was a rush job. The electrician knew this upfront and accepted the job without any mention of being unable to complete on time. 4) there simply ARE multiple rooms on one breaker. That is a fact. When we reported them to the BBB, the electrician fabricated story after story about how we had filled our building with space heaters and how we had not planned properly and so forth which, aside from being simply untrue, are irrelevant. The simple fact is that the electrician did not complete the work according to plans and refused to rectify it. It's very simple. And there's no vendetta. People simply deserve to hear the experiences of others when they're considering getting into business with someone new. That's they was the web works these days, friends.
