He’s organized and prepared for each job, explains what he’s doing and does it right the first time. He has fixed electrical work done by other electricians. Always professional, clean, respectful and efficient. Office booking and scheduling is also easy and reliable.

I engaged Brant Electric for a wide range of electrical work for our condominium, including pot-light, receptacle, and new circuit installation. John is very professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with. He and Derick made a great team - they were hard working and completed their work on time and on budget. I prepared a detailed plan that allowed John to prepare a solid quote that he adhered to - advance planning is necessary to help any service provider such a Brant deliver to budget. Any minor changes to the budget were discussed with John as we went - this worked very well for both of us.

Derek and John were great to work with. They were very quick to come to the house and give me a free quote and set up the installation date within a couple of days. Very friendly I was comfortable with them working in and around my house. Initially, I was not completely satisfied with how bright my pot lights turned out and Derek delivered a solution I was very happy with at no additional cost. Also there was miscommunication around my estimate but John was quick to fix my invoice and I am very pleased with their level of customer service. Would definitely work with them for all my future electric needs.

We had lost power to a number of outdoor outlets (5 in total front and back) and our circuit breaker kept tripping and would not reset. We thought it had something to do with the heavy rainfall we’d been receiving lately and possibly a faulty breaker. Joe (their electrician) went about methodically troubleshooting our problem(s) and resolved everything to our satisfaction in a little under an hour. Great job, great electrician, and at a reasonable cost.

Super service today. Derek came over and began troubleshooting very methodically,checked the breaker which I thought was at fault.Quickly checked and found no fault,then he proceeded to check every single switch and outlet, cleaned up wiring, replaced what was necessary and made me very happy as he fixed the problem. I was very impressed with this companies service. My experience started off very well when I spoke with Janet. She was very pleasant and helpful. Derek was the young man that was doing my repair. He is the most pleasant person, very personable and polite. He is a very conscientious worker, and got the job done. He also gave me great suggestions on new lighting for the future. I will certainly be asking for Derek in the new year when he is putting in new lighting for me. Derek also offered to vacuum the little bit of mess he made when a pot light didn’t comply. We hired Brant electrics to put up a brand new rangehood from whirlpool (best buy). Michael and Joe came by and they were very nice and polite, however they were not able to make the rangehood to work. They said it was a faulty unit. They charged us for an hour of service. We had prepared it to be quickly installed and were there if they needed any help from us and we did assist them were we could. My only concern is that i was charged for service when the item did not end up working. Maybe that is how the business is done by this company. And they said once we get a new unit that they can come again and they will charge us the same amount.
