Grenville Electrical and Mechanical Ltd. (GEM) did all the electrical on our timber frame post and beam home on the Rideau River. Kenny Thompson and his crew worked hard in a tidy manner to deliver this project on time and on budget. Post & beam homes are extremely difficult because of their open concept nature. GEM installed all electrical including a whole house NG back up generator and air conditioner to the required codes. Despite our poor project manager causing delays to their work, GEM met and passed all scheduled inspections. Kenny was personable and helped us select lighting and switch locations to our delight and satisfaction. He even finished incomplete work left by the HVAC contractor. Knowledgeable on building codes he was also willing and able to guide us through the build process where necessary. A competent and highly recommended service provider. GEM will be on our speed dial for future work.
