Huge shoutout to 401 Electric. We were in the middle of closing a home sale and needed to get some simple repairs to close the sale. Called in the morning and they had Nick there by afternoon. Finally got my Xplornet internet properly set up and hooked up after a month of initial sign up, these guys know their stuff, greatly appreciated even though got nailed for another $101 bucks for tower climbers.

These guys are fraudulent crooks - especially subsidiary 401 Connect. Was assured I could get Xplornet at my home, so I paid them $101 for installation. Upon arrival the tech told me that there is no capacity on the Xplornet tower and left. Company will not refund my installation fee, Xplornet will not return any calls. Avoid 401 Connect/ 401 Electric - have had much better service from Storm Internet. Have initiated an investigation with the better business bureau. Would give negative stars if possible.
