We moved into a new home this year and since we were working from home, we were desperate to get the internet connections all sorted, and set up in the right places to enable to run our tasks with ease. We got a few quotes from other places but what made Mountain Point stand out was the detailed communication and what to anticipate, not to mention the rates were highly competitive. Since all this was happening in the midst of the pandemic, I was really happy to see them come in with every safety aspects taken care of, including distancing, and wearing masks at ALL TIMES. The work included running an Ethernet cable from level 2 to the ground level. The job was done as expected and they even ensured I have some extra wiring in case I decide to move the computer to a different wall. This experience lead me to call them for another job involving running wires for a home theatre surround system and again, this was executed in a very professional manner with all covid safety precautions in place. The best part is Indy(Project Manager) works with you throughout the process and ensures they are able to give the best bang for buck service. Looking forward to more projects with these guys

Indy did a great job diagnosing and repairing our storm sump system after a close call on Monday night. I called 2 other electricians before I called him and was refused service. Indy did a fantastic job of cleaning up an electrical mess caused by another electrician. My previous electrician failed the final electrical inspection 3 times!! Mountain Pointe knew exactly what needed to be done to comply with the code. I wish I had of hired Mountain Pointe Electric in the first place. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Generally, anyone who is really good at what they do does have a bit of a wait list. Indy was very respectful and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair. He checked everything done by the previous electrician and he fixed things properly so the electrical in my home is now safe and legally permitted. He changed a timer for me and did not charge me. I will be forever grateful to this company for cleaning up a nightmare of a mess and finalizing my electrical permit.
