These guys did a great job on a hot tub installation for us, coordinated a variety of subtrades very impressively, easy to work with and have around and very professional. Awesome job by Todd, who although he looked like he had made one too many trips to the buffet, was super quick and thorough. Will definitely look them up first the next time we need electric help.

Our power was flickering and being weird. Called Houle. Due to the holiday, they came today (Monday). Shane checked out our issue and figured the problem was likely on Hydo's end. Called them and they came right away. Our connection at the pole was fried! Problem solved. (Although it has only been fixed for 15 minutes, so I assume it is solved!) Friendly service, punctual, figured out the issue and had it resolved quickly. All good things to say. Considering my cost was also only an hour of labour and not a $5000 panel, I have to say I am very pleased!!

Kerry in the office was friendly, quick to respond, helpful, she smiles even through the phone and in her emails Rob the electrician provided great quality workmanship and the service was amazing! Punctual, hard working, friendly, knowledgable and obviously loves his work. He had great suggestions as to placement of the 5 pot lights he installed in our kitchen, including a dimmer switch, removed the hanging lamp that came with the house and installed a smoke detector in the empty spot it left in the ceiling. Excellent work on a new light set for our pool table (again, removed the hanging lamp that was there when we arrived), advised us on height options and made himself available to return and adjust it if the placement isn’t to our liking, He treated my house as his own, alerted us to things in our new house that might require attention (even some non-electrical items he just happened to notice), he was also generous with his knowledge of the neighbourhood offering us suggestions of good places to eat and sights to see in the surrounding area. The quality of the work was great, the service was spectacular.
