Sukhdeep installed a Tesla wall connector in my garage. He was very responsive to my inquires. I wasn't accurate about the distance between my electric panel and the place where I wanted the wall connector to be so he didn't have enough materials to finish the work but he drove to the local hardware store to purchase extra materials to finish the work. I was very sorry but his approach was very friendly. I am really happy with the installation.

Cielo Electric would be my number one choice to get an EV charger installed. Highly recommended. My apartment developer had agreed to pay for the installation of a plug-in station. I looked through a few choices and settled on this installer based on the good google review. I have to say that I was not disappointed. Sukhdeep answered my initial inquiry promptly. Took the time to write up a proposal, revised it upon new electrical spec from the developer, waited patiently for the strata alteration approval process and finally coordinated with my building's care taker for the installation. On top of that he also gave me some advice on the lack of EV electrical meter inside my apartment and on who to contact to resolve it. (BC Hydro) Although I had not yet met him in person because I was at work during the installation, but the entire experience has been top-notch. I would definitely recommend Cielo to anyone who's looking to do EV charge station installation.

Sukhdeep with Cielo Electric was excellent to work with for installing a Flo EV Charger at our home. Great communications. Quick responses to inquiries and providing a fairly reasonable quote for the electrical work and installation of a Canadian designed and made Flo EV Charger that could be custom set to the highest amount of ampere that my home's existing electrical system could handle before requiring expensive upgrading. Sukhdeep provided great recommendations and information so that we could make an informed decision on the EV charging system to install which actually saved us hundreds of dollars over the original EV Charger we had been considering installing. We had to contact BC Hydro's Alliance Referral Program 3 separate times before we were lucky enough to be referred to Cielo Electric and another EV Installation Speciality Electrical Company (which provided a quote $900 higher than Cielo) as the earlier companies either never responded to the referrals or responded but never provided even a quote for the work. Sukhdeep was conscientious and meticulous with his work. He got all the permits and inspections as well as the EV Charger Installation Rebate Forms completed fairly quickly and I would definitely hire him and his company again for future electrical work as well as refer him to friends and family.

Cielo Electric installed two networked Level 2 Charging Stations (using the FLO network) in the building I live in. They also installed a Level 1 station in my parking stall. Cielo's electrician; Sukhdeep Gill was tasked with installing an Electric Vehicle "charger" (EVSE) for our home. Our home had only 70 Amp Service (seriously), so a Service Drop Upgrade was required. New: panel, weather head and mast, 240 Volt cabling with NEMA 14-50 receptacle, EVSE JuiceBox Pro 40 (installed and tested) and several existing safety related electrical upgrades were required, not to mention coordinating with BC Hydro. Are we impressed with the service and the work? Absolutely! Cielo's Sukhdeep proved to be knowledgeable, professional, punctual and hard-working. Would we recommend them? With no hesitation! Excellent experience - Very pleased with outcome - Exemplary.

I hired Cielo Electric Ltd for my Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation 1 month ago. The estimate was done in a timely fashion and the installation scheduled in time for my EV arrival. A Tesla charger was installed and all paperwork to take advantage of the PLUGINBC rebate was provided. Inspection was looked after by Cielo and done without a hitch. I would recommend Cielo in a minute and plan to use them again when I install another charger in the other half of the duplex.

We searched for installers and even had a couple come in and quote the job but all were either higher than Cielo or to be honest a little shady (ie if you want a receipt it’ll be this much or only tia much without a receipt). Thankfully we were referred to Cielo from a friend of ours who also recently got an electric vehicle. From the first time we reached out to Suhk he assured us that they only do a 100% professional job with full permits as required. One thing that really stood out to me was while other outfits said they would do the permits and while waiting for them they would just do the work, Suhk said that they would not start any of the job until the permits were issued. Again, honest and professional. We cannot recommend Cielo Electric Ltd enough and would not hesitate to use or recommend them for any future electrical work.
