Very impressed. Wanted to upgrade service from road. They investigated and dealt with city utilities and gave me a quote all within a week. After I changed plans they were back within 48 hours to work on the new plan. Spent time explaining the work and options to myself, a layman, and determined the best course of action. Not once did they push their service or product. I would recommend Betts Electric to my friends and they will be getting any future work at my house.
