Bert's electrical does not take safety seriously at all. The lead electrition on site was trying to fight me and my co-workers because we showed Tony a connection that was shorting out. The connection was not a legal connection with just split bolts and a PCV sleeve with duct tape out in the rain. No junction box to be seen. The connection was also sumberged in a puddle for quite some time and the connection was live. The wire shorted out when I went to move the cable to work and I almost got electrocuted. When we brought it to Tony's attention that the wire shorted out he got mad and began to swear at us saying "the connection is legal don't tell me how to do my job" and trying to inniciate a fight. Saying "Walk off site and see what you get." I did some research on Tony and found out he haves a black blet and he did not mention it when he was trying to fight me.

Called in the store and the staff had a mental breakdown, she was talking out of control and eventually hung up on me ... Okay...

Gave only a 1 week try. They fired me after the 1st week. What a joke of a company. How can a company know a person full potential after 1week? I'm sure some of the Forman were a joke as well when they first started . If you are good at pleasing the Forman I'm sure you could keep the job but if your on their bad side , be prepared to get fired in a week. This company has a high turnover so they will have no problem firing you in front of all the co workers , there is no dignity or respect. There are lot of good company to work for avoid Bert's electric.

The end price costed double what I was quoted and the power kept going out. The tech cable was spliced with just split bolts and duct taped PCV pipe holding it together.
