An absolutely incredible team of people; from the owner himself to the technicians with 10 years experience and the apprentice with 18months experience....all outstanding. From the initial phone call to enquire about the services, the owner (Zach) picked up my call; no need to leave a voicemail and MAYBE receive a call back. Zach was patient to answer my questions . Once I received the quote by email and confirmed by appointment, I was told that technicians would arrive on site between 8am to 830am. And as promised, technicians arrived on site...at 815am. The technicians (Mike & Jesse) worked extremely well together and their work was clean and precise. I needed some electrical to run through my garage for some extra outlets (110V) as well as a 220V for a commercial oven. When the job was done, they cleaned up and passed a broom!! The invoice was later sent electronically by the owner...and the invoice price matched the initial quote!! Very happy with the entire experience.

I contacted GEM ELECTRICAL SERVICES for a quotation regarding electrical work that needed to be done in my home. Zach (owner) took my call and was able to give me a full run down of what to expect, additional ideas and recommendations for light placement, as well as the timeline for getting the job completed. Once the electricians arrived on-site, they did a complete walk-though of my home and detailed exactly what needed to be done and provided options for each room. They detailed how many days the project would take to completion and the details of what needed to be done. From the moment I called GEM, I was treated with the utmost respect, the level of communication with regards to date of service/time of arrival was precise and they even took time to sweep the floors each day, so as to not leave a mess behind. They not only worked meticulously, but went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the quality of service provided and made certain I was aware which breakers controlled the specific switches. Now that the work has been completed, the house is bright throughout and has a more upgraded look from top to bottom. I’m very happy with the quality of service provided and would recommend GEM ELECTRICAL for all of your electrical needs.

These guys went above and beyond my expectations. They worked so hard in this horrible heat. Everything they did was neat and tidy, even cutting up the concrete and pulling back my new sod so to minimize the damage (I must say the job on the concrete really blows me away. This slab must have been 6inches or more thick and he cut it into perfect squares they looked like patio stone and he took great care laying them back down) The garage wiring looks fantastic. They even hooked up the pool pump nice and neat and found the cover that I don't think has ever been on in 10 years. Everything was very prompt from the quote to the guys showing up 8am each day to the final invoice. They all were a friendly bunch, answered any questions we had. It's really all the little details that blows me away and the fact that we have power to our garage again.
