Have worked with Jeff on a few projects now at our commercial bakery. Always quick to get back to us, professional and tidy work, always been on time and charges fair rates. We even just had an issue that he wasn't able to help with (was an external Hydro issue) and he took the time to follow up with us after hours to make sure we made our alright. Highly recommend.

Called in to get a quote/see about getting a quote. The guy who answered the phone was VERY dismissive and after explaining some of the things I required done, was asked “well what do you wants us to do then”. I asked to set up a time to come look at my house and was met with “well are you getting other quotes?/shopping around?” I am, like anyone with a budget would do...and the guy said “it seems like a small job so, uh....”. I commented that if they weren’t interested in doing small jobs then I’d go elsewhere and he said “well it’s whatever”. Very unprofessional and will not be going with their company anytime soon based off this interaction alone. I’d think any reputable company that advertises residential services would be willing to do any job they are being paid to do!
