Aaron and Eddie were amazing throughout the whole installation experience. They kept us informed with every step of the service. We did have issues arise regarding doing the install threw my attic but Aaron came up with and speedy solution. They were both very polite and very knowledgeable and they both followed all COVID protocols which was extremely important to us. Service was done quicker than they estimated which was nice because they had to shutdown our power. Aaron and Eddie both exceeded our expectations they provided a top shelf service we would recommend JMC Electric without hesitation. This company cares about their customers I say this because when we were quoted the price for the job we were happy with the price as we had called other companies for estimates, when it can time to pay for the job done we noticed the price was quite a bit lower than the quote, when we questioned why that was it was explained to us that they had bought a large quantity of one or some of the parts we needed and saved some money by buying in bulk so they passed the savings on to us as a customer. I have to say we didn’t expect that and most companies if they received any rebates on their parts etc. would keep the savings in there pocket and not pass it on to their clients especially during these trying times. On a scale of 1-10 stars we give JMC Electric an 11 star rating.Very happy with the overall experience.It’s so nice to be able to use the microwave and the kettle on at the same time again Lol!! An electric cable connecting a lamp post in our front yard to an outlet in the garage had to be fixed as it was severed inadvertently. After a careful review of the many electricians, we had spoken to, we chose JMC Electric Ltd to do the job. We were particularly concerned about the building and electrical fire codes. We wanted to make sure the work was done appropriately. An appointment was booked for the following day. The company sent two electricians, Mathew and Daniel in the morning. They both worked diligently and efficiently to complete the work within 3 hours. We are very happy with the work they have done and would be glad to recommend JMC Electric for any electrical job.

I hired JMC Electric Ltd. on November 26, 2021 to resolve a power outage issue in my house. They did an excellent job resolving my issues caused by my GFI Arc breaker tripping. They replaced it and gave me a solution to use good quality surge protected power bar to hopefully prevent it tripping again. So far so good using the surge protected power bar seems to have helped to prevent further tripping. The Electrician, Colin who came for the service call was professional, knowledgeable and respectful and very thorough. The office staff Brian, Project Manager and Debbie, office Assistant were very responsive, respectful and professional in all my interactions with them. Moreover, JMC Electric's rates and costs to get my job done was reasonable and good value for the money. I had a great experience with the JMC team. I contacted them after hours for an emergency repair and they still made it to me the next day to take care of my issue. Brian and his team did a fantastic job replacing my outdated recepticles and removing some bad wiring left behind by the previous home owner. They replaced of my old (glass knobs - like from the 70s) electrical panel. They explained what needed to be done so I could understand (and not feel stupid). They reworked a lot of bad wiring so I can sleep at night knowing I am safe...and my house wont blow up when I use the dryer. :) thank you!! 10000% for good fast service.
