Beautiful work! Karan did an amazing job putting all 7 of our appliances together. When we purchased the hood fan, we noticed it did not come with a motor or the proper conversion kit. Luckily, Karan went with us to Home Depot to grab some materials and he ended up making it on his own! Very creative and he definitely went the extra mile for us. We are very thankful to have him!! I would recommend Karen to anyone. He does quality job and takes his time. He accepted to install two Celings fans in 2nd floor. The existing potlights was big and had a 6 inch hole in ceiling. Karen covered the gaps very nicely after installing the new housing. Another issue which he went beyond is that, my fans i bought was not good. He recommended few fans and had to visit my house twice. Nice person and value for money . Other licensed electrician charge 1000's (eg. Mr.Electric) to install the two ceiling fans. Karen is not the same kind. Good quality and great value. He is a busy guy, so please be patient. It wasn't easy for me to get him :-)

I am not sure how other reviews can be so high when there is no communication, professionalism or customer satisfaction...booked an appointment and never showed up, just to ask me if I contacted them or not, even though few days earlier I communicated with them on the phone and txt msgs that they will come the 2nd day to troubleshoot the problem. They even mentioned that if the basement is not renovated they will come otherwise they won't...what kind of an electrician is that? Unprofessional and unreliable! 1 week later they asked me if I contacted them ???? ...that was a joke right? ....don't play games (show up/don't show up just make up your mind) with customers if you want your business to survive. Thank God I didn't have to deal with this un-professional electrician! There are much better, better price and more professional electricians out there and I found a better electrician!
