Called to make an appointment to have LED lights installed and remove old Ballast and rewire in kitchen of my friends condo. Secretary was friendly but called back and said they had an emergency so could not attend. Did not call again to reschedule. Maybe this company does not like business or job was to complicated. Learned to do it myself. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I hired Horwood Electrical Services to install a Generac emergency generator as well as convert my 200 amp service from fuses to circuit breakers. They called me a week before they were going to show up to do the work, which I appreciated as it gave me time to prepare. Horwood electrician Shane Clarke and his crew showed up exactly on time with everything required to complete the job. Horwood co-ordinated with Hydro One and the gas line installer and everything went as smooth as planned. They worked the entire day to complete the job before they left. When they were done I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship, the cleanup after the installation, and the fact that Shane had taken the time to explain a lot of things to me I didn't know. I will be hiring Horwood Electric for any of my future electrical needs and I would highly recommend them if you are considering having an emergency generator installed. Their knowledge, experience and work ethics are of the highest standard.
