Super nice fellow, but man, what a let down! He came to see the job, he had a copy of the list of corrections to be done by the ESA which clearly stated the deadlines, although the inspector had indicated he would work with who-ever I engaged if meeting the deadlines was an issue. Paul gave me a 'ballpark" price, and I asked him to book a date to get started. I was going to be away for two weeks and wanted to book a date after that, which meant we would not meet the ESA's deadline. He wouldnt commit to a date but said he would call the inspector. When I try to firm up a date after I returned, ( for a second time), he insisted on coming back and doing a second, written quote. Next thing I know I get a fine from ESA for not meeting the deadline; Paul had not called the inspector, as promised. Despite this, when the written quote was finally completed, I returned it immediately and tried - once again- to nail down dates to meet the ESA's looming deadline. Then he informs me they couldn't do it in time - the dates were clearly outlined on the paperwork! Nice guy, but what a ridiculous waste of everybody's time!
