He put together a report that was easy to read and included quotes for the cost of repairs with the suggested changes. He came for a preliminary assessment, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Their staff took care of absolutely everything for us, we didn't have to worry about anything, because we could see our project was in good hands. Once the work was complete, we were so happy and so satisfied with their services. Our new electrical panel looks awesome, it's label properly and they even cleaned up everything afterwards. they come within a very reasonable time frame and fit the visit around my schedule. they always take care not to dirty my house and clean up all their work is done. THEY GUARANTEE all their work and i have personal experience that they stand behind their guarantee no matter how expensive the return visit costs. they handle all permits needed and give AIRMILES. they send out a very informative newsletter and if i have an electrical question i can phone/email and get and answer quickly i wholeheartedly endorse this business

Having just moved here from Brampton, we were in search of a company to put potlights and dimmer switches etc.. into our new home. When my wife discovered the Shock Doctors on line, and she read some reviews (good ones, in fact LOL) so we decided to call them in for a quote. We met Scott Oliver, and he listened carefully as to what we wanted and he gave us good informative feedback (and suggestions based on his years and years of experience) as to what would work best in each of the rooms where we wanted to upgrade the lighting for that particular space. At once we felt comfortable with Scott, and he provided a detailed list of what was to be done and the cost for each item. He and his co-worker/help arrived promptly the first morning of two to start our job. They were very prepared, with the drop sheets etc... and along the way, Scott would check and double-check with us as to locations of the pot lights or fixtures, making us comfortable in knowing we had final say/okay during the installation process. It was such a wonderful experience, when the people you hire to do a job are as accessible and they go out of they're way to make sure we get the details of the job the way we wanted. The end result was "AWESOME"!!! It looks like a totally different house than the one we just moved into, with the new pot lights and the light fixtures we bought for Scott to intall for us Ie Foyer light, dining room light, kitchen light. And the 2 new led light panels for my garage, where there was once only one light bulb way up high in the middle of the garage. We are so happy with our experience with Scott Oliver and The Shock Doctors!!!

The Shock Doctors answered the phone immediately and were at my house within 30 mins. I have power restored within the hour. Highly recommended!!!

Arranged an appointment with The Shock Doctors to instal a couple of light fixtures. Due to a computer glitch, they had double-booked my time, so they arranged for the electrician to come in the Saturday BEFORE my original appointment date. Received complete info in advance re company's insurance coverage and profile of the employee who would be doing the work. Work was done efficiently and on time. Follow-up from the company included a small thankyou gift and card . Overall, excellent customer service and would not hesitate to use them again. They are not inexpensive, but if you are prepared to pay for service, then this is the company to use (and you get Air Miles!).

We had Shock Doctors completely rewire our cottage. Jonathan was our electrician and he was amiable, quite competent, and very open to making and receiving suggestions, He did excellent work. He arrived each day at the specified time and worked non-stop. We were especially happy with some of the "extras" he did at no cost.
