I chose John and OEW strictly based on his online reputation and he lived up to it. Very professional, kind and honest with explaining the work required. We completely remodelled our kitchen, added an island and a separate coffee bar. This was a big job and each section needed designated electrical. We removed old hanging lights, dropped 2 pendants and added 4 dimmable pot lights and under-the-counter lighting. Finally we wanted to add a hood fan above the range and learned we needed a plug installed above into the bulkhead. We are so pleased with all the work of John and recommend him for your project.

John Cowan came to do the wiring of my basement. I had had a negative previous experience, so I have some trust issues as a result. Iwanted to make sure he would give me a quote for the project; not per hour. He obliged and was very flexible. John is a licensed and master electrician. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was also neat. Everything was done with pride for his profession. Everything to code. Answered all of my million questions. Cleaned everything up. I am very happy with the work he did. Had John in for CO/smoke detector hard wire system and Home Surge Protection installation. Quick, clean and professional I would recommend him to anyone. He does not overcharge and uses quality materials with receipts provided so no markup. Its rare to find a dedicated master electrician these days. Wore mask and respected the carpets. Showed up on time with what was needed except cover plate which it got when needed. Found a solution for installing surge protector on a in wall installed breaker box. Even fixed some issues he found with the box!
