We would like to thank Peter for helping us with a time-sensitive situation. Our house sale was closing was in 2 days but we had not been able to get one of the duplex receptacles in our kitchen changed out for a GFI. This was included in the buyers' offer. With the current COVID-19 situation many businesses are topsy turvy right now and time was running out. I contacted Peter and after explaining our dilemna, he suggested that he could fit it into his schedue. But, he also tried to talk us out of hiring him. I must explain. What he suggested is, even though the new buyers aksed to have it changed out because their home inspector recommended it, it was not legally necessary as the house was built in 1995 before the code had changed. He even offered to phone the new buyers to tell them this on our behalf. While we felt this was very noble on his part, we decided to have him change it out anyway. He did so in very short notice and even came in well below his estimate. Thank you sir. Integrity is still alive and well and he has some more new business coming up in our new home!

I've known Peter Loudon for about 4 years when he did a super job of wiring our new cottage, including connecting a complicated solar system. He figured it out perfectly. Yesterday, I called him and left a message regarding our failed hot water system in our permanent home. He called back, and, recognizing my situation, he came to our house and installed a new heater within about 4 hours! I found out that he was actually on a day off, but chose to help me instead of relaxing. That kind of service and commitment is next to impossible to find today. He is a master and I am satisfied that he can figure out anything. His costs also are very reasonable! I fully support and recommend Loudon Electric.
