As an owner of a old resort under major renovation and expansion you can imagine the issues that show up. Wayne and his crew were entrusted with our entire project once we realized that their first concern is getting it done right and in a timely fashion. They've often been called to fix others' mistakes and they explain the options in layman's terms whether it's best to fix or replace. Highly recommended.

While I have not used their services personally, I did encounter a very aggressive driver representing this company in Kamloops. This driver proceeded to tail gate me, speed and cut so close in front of my car that I had to slam on my breaks. The message he was trying to send me was clear - don't use my services because I am a aggressive person who doesn't care about the wellbeing of others. I can only imagine what his customer service skills are like when he is on the job. Zero stars.
