We decided to use the chimney of our house and were interested in buying and installing a wood stove, so we called Astral Power Solutions Inc. Nick answered the phone and gave us the details we needed professionally, politely and kindly. We decided to go ahead with the work and we are very happy that we chose this company. The team was amazing: they answered our emails/calls in a timely manner, they explained in detail what they were doing, and they gave us the best quality for our money. For Astral Power Solutions Inc. it’s clear the client is very important. We ordered one of the wood stoves they sell, but due to some issues with the factory, the company couldn’t get it in time for the installation. Nick did his best to find us another wood stove, a better one, and the company matched the price we agreed on for the first wood stove. They honoured the price of the first quote even when they had to do more work and use more materials than they evaluated on the quote. We are a little bit perfectionists ???? and the quality of work of the contractors is something that is important to us. Nick and his team did an awesome job: they paid attention to details and they ensured clean, thorough and careful workmanship. The wood stove works perfectly and looks amazing. The company provided us with all the papers we needed for the insurance company and the inspection from the city was a breeze - everything that Astral team did was by the book. Thank you Nick and your team for your honesty, profesionalism and your quality of work. We are very satisfied with your services and we strongly recommend you and your company to anyone that would like to install a wood stove in the Bancroft area!

I can't say enough good things about Astral Power. We had some challenging timelines and logistics to accommodate to replace a wood stove at our cottage and Nick worked with us to find very creative ways to make it happen before the snows closed off access for the winter.
