Overpriced for the most basic of repairs to an electric fireplace. When it was picked up it made such a terrible noise it had to be looked at again by another repairman. Apparently the motor needed oiling and the dust blown out. I would think that such a cost would have included such things.

They installed the part into the side of my house in 15 minutes and did a great efficient job. I was told it was a two man job at $90 an hour and so I was charged $180 for the 15 minute installation and the 1 hour 45 minutes to drive to the store to get the part. At $180 I would have saved $90 and got the part myself had I known I was paying the hourly rate of two electricians to drive to the store. After calling 20 electricians in town, they were the only ones to actually keep an appointment and come do the work, so props to them for that.

Because they sold me an element for my stove and here the mother board was gone in the stove. I missed placed the receipt my fault payed 110 dollars for something that wasn't even used. I said give me 75% of it but no no they didn't even have 80 dollars on hand. And make the best of it they said they could not find the copy of the receipt. Very poor service and for a place that has been going for decades there founders have to be rolling in there grave

Made appointment with Powerlite to come change the bulbs in the signage on our commercial building. Six weeks later, still waiting. Finally cancelled and went somewhere else.

Good selection of everyday motors and domestic water pumps . Service is great and prices are reasonable. If it's got a motor it seems these guys can fix it.
