We just had our electrical panel updated by Mr. Electric. The electrician was thorough and walked us through every detail and possible scenario before doing the job, answering all of questions along the way. The day of the change out, he worked like a dog all day and the new panel looks awesome. Though he still has a couple of small things to finish up next week, I have no doubt that Scott will go out of his way to be efficient, clean and precise.

Very happy with the quick, professional service. The electrician explained everything to me without being patronizing, and walked me through what was necessary and what I might consider in the future. She gave me a quote with taxes in and that's the same cost at the end of the job, even though she had to do a couple of extra things. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but they had a cancellation and were able to come early-- I got a call and text ahead of time so I could be home. Will use again 110%.

Recently I left my home to attend a business conference in Florida with booked flights and accommodations for my husband and daughter to join me on a family vacation a week later. The night before their flights at 5am in the morning, I received a phone call from my husband, Bernie, telling me that the electrical company had to cut the electricity to our house because the wires from the pole that feed directly into our house had singed and they were concerned of the possibility of a fire taking place. We were in a panic, wondering what to do. We contacted Mr. Electric of St. John's that same night. Our worries were put to immediate rest when they told us to leave a key with a trusted friend or family member and they would swing by in the morning to take care of the issue. Much to our relief, they did exactly that and at a great price too. Professional, 4 hour service, on time and true to their word is just some of the words I use in describing this company. Receiving a phone call from Mr. Electric later on that afternoon informing us we were reconnected saved us from worrying about our home while we were away. We can't thank you enough, Mr. Electric!!!
