First time customer, referred by ServiceMaster. Thanks for the quick, prompt service. I needed to replace an older stove but it was wired to the box in the wall. Master tech Scott quickly assessed the situation, installed a modern plug to the existing box and also a new range hood where there hadn't been one originally. He meticulously fished the wire through the wall to the floor and tied it into the electrical box with no visible impact to the wall. He put everything back into place and was done in 90 mins.THANKS!

Brian came out to fix an issue with the electrical source for my hot tub - it turns out that the fix was way more complicated than one could ever have imagined. I live in an old house which was a handy man's special and fixes are always more complicated than one might think. Brian went above and beyond, finding solutions to the various complexities and making sure that it was a lasting fix. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I also took the opportunity to have him fix some other electrical issues in the house since I had such a high-quality and patient professional here in my home. Michael was super professional and friendly. He explained thoroughly what the issue was and what he would be doing to repair it. It was just one electrical outlet that needed the repair but he checked other outlets around it and made sure everything is fine. He didn’t mind at all to go back to his vehicle to grab tools he needed as he was doing this extra work (it was around -40 with windchill and I live in a condo so coming back and forth could have been annoying but he didn’t mind it at all). Beside the wonderful job he completed, there were 2 things I extremely appreciated and want to highlight here. 1) I asked him a ton of questions and he answered them all happily. 2) he showed empathy acknowledging how scary the situation might have been (the electrical issue I had at the end wasn’t serious but it involved calling 911) and made sure I feel safe at my own home. I would 100% recommend Strata Electrical Contracting.

The job went smoothly and the work was completed in less than the estimated time of quote so my final bill reflected the real time on job site which of course made me very happy because it was easier on my wallet. I would absolutely recommend Strata Electrical to anyone that is in need of competent and honest work. I needed to get some wiring done for a hot tub while I was out of town and the folks at Strata were able to not only perform an excellent job at a fair price, but they have also answered any other questions that have come up regarding electrical work. The tub that I had them wire was already wired from the inside breaker to a disconnect outside. Therefore they were able to do the outside work without me being there. However when I had the tub delivered, I called to trouble shoot the problem. I was extended great care and courtesy and walked through all of the possible reasons that the power may not have been working. It turns out that the original electrical work (done 3 years prior by someone else) from the box to the disconnect was done incorrectly. So the kind folks at Strata not only did their job well, but they also took an hour of their own time (at 8:30 pm on a Monday) to help me fix the problem that someone else caused. It is rare in this day and age to get such outstanding service. I will absolutely recommend Strata to all of my friends and family!

A tough job done EXCEPTIONALLY well by Strata Electrical!!! Anthony and Scott gave us back piece of mind! They came into a huge mess in our house created by another company - never a fun situation to be in. Our builder, Gillbuilt Homes, used a shoddy electrical company and did not bother to get an electrical inspection done before they sold us a brand new house. Needless to say, the electrical work done by the shoddy company failed inspection horribly. There were fire hazards hidden behind our wall oven, wrong breakers used, wrong connectors used, 4 spliced wires hidden in the electrical panel behind handfuls of crunched up, mashed together wires stuffed behind the panel cover and more. Strata Electrical worked very professionally and efficiently to clean up the whole mess. I wish I could show you what the panel wires looked like before Strata and afterwards, night and day difference!!. Scott took the mess, rewired everything, installed the correct breakers, labelled everything properly and got rid of the spliced wire mess......beautiful job! I can't say enough about Anthony and his staff......these are people that can be trusted!! Thank you so much!

Would definitely recommend Strata. Years ago we hired what we thought was a legit electrician from kijiji to install the GFI for our hot tub. Big mistake - a fire in the GFI box caused the main breaker to our house to trip stopping a bad situation from getting worse. i had a new home built about 8 years ago. The contractor that did the electrical layout and installation installed lots of lights switches and circuit breakers. That seemed pretty good till I realized none of the breakers were labeled and were not in any kind of order. This made things a bit difficult and in my opinion just wasn't right and I wanted it to be right. A friend of mine recommended Strata Electrical Contracting which I did. Anthony the owner came down and immediately saw what my concerns were and said they could make it right. A couple of days later the Strata crew showed up and got started mapping out the the circuit breakers plugs and switches labeling the circuit breakers. When that was done they rearranged the breakers so they made sense. The Strata fellows promptly did a of a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I was much impressed with the fellows attitudes and the work was more than acceptable and when it was time to pay my bill it was an amount that was very reasonable. I am very glad I used Strata for this job. Wish I would have used them first. Jim Y.

I’ve been looking around for a reputable electrical company to troubleshoot and fix a power problem at my house. I was resigned to shell out a hefty sum as I was thinking the worst, but I wanted to make sure the problem is fixed correctly and safely. Luckily for me, I found Strata Electrical - looking at their history of commercial and residential work and client-reviews were enough reasons for me to choose them. I am very relieved and thankful to say that Strata lives up to their reputation! And - that Anthony is the epitome of what Strata Electrical stands for: Efficiency, Proffesionalism, Expertise, and Customer Service Excellence. Being someone who is clueless on things electrical (and would happily leave the thinking and fixing to professionals!), I really appreciate the time he spent (away from his busy schedule, and almost at the end of the workday at that!) not only to fix, but explain what the problem had been, and what to watch out for in future. This just says a lot about character - he’s not out to do a quick fix, but he truly cares about quality of work and his clients’ well-being. Strata Electrical will be my go-to for sure! All I could say about his service is WOW!!!! between Anthony the owner, and his employees they where beyond efficient. He came on time when he stated he would be there quoted the basement at a amazing price, and actually finished the project 1/2 a day sooner and cheaper then quoted!!! Not only were they professional and courteous, I had many questions after, as he installed arc breakers and never used them before, he went above and beyond to explain how they work.
