Submitted a request online, got a call from Raj shortly after. I explained that I needed one, possibly two, switches replaced to operate my gas fireplace. He came out the next day - saw that only one needed replacing, so didn't do any unnecessary work. He noticed the smoke detectors were out of date (something we had on our radar already as we only moved in a few months ago and it was on our to-do list) and offered to do that while he was here - saved us having to making another appointment and pay another dispatch fee. Raj was very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Everything was done in about an hour, so not an inconvenience in my day at all. I'll definitely call him again if I need any work done in the future. Highly recommend ????

I had an issue with some electrical outlets not working properly which turned out to be a faulty arc fault breaker on the main electrical panel, after calling several companies. I choose Professional Electrical for the job. Raj the technician arrived within the promised time frame. He was very friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I can honestly say that I received professional service at a very reasonable price. Based on my positive experience with Raj. I highly recommend this company.

I was having trouble with a couple main outlets not working in my home. I called this company and Chantal took the call she was very accommodating to book quickly around my availability. The techician that arrived was very professional and explained the problem I was having to me in detail so I understood. He then explained what would have to done to correct this. He was upfront about the work that would need to be done. He then explained what the cost would be which was a reasonable cost. They completed the work and cleaned up. I would recommend these guys to anyone who was looking for an electrician.

Wrote a review a couple days ago. It has vanished. Hmm. So redoing. Thieves.Had a outlet burn up and melt in two. I removed the outlet and had a electrician come in to determine why this happened, the breaker didn't trip. ?? I got charged $192.72, all Raj did was replace the outlet. I can replace my own outlets. A electrician is needed to check breakers. What a waist of my hard earned dollars. Still hoping history doesn't repeat itself, and my house doesn't burn down.

An inspection of my attic revealed that a vapor cup above a fan had melted. Raj went into the attic to fix the poly hat for the fan box and reinstalled the fan. Before he arrived, Raj called to ask for details from the report so that he would know what work was required, and he gave me an estimate for the repair. The bill matched the estimate. Raj vacuumed up the work site before he left, and he will prepare a report that I can forward to the Property Manager to verify the work was done.

Sandy was very good explain everything. But the Cost is very expensive. First to come to our home $80 dollars. Then said to diagnose the problem is another $162 dollars and to repair it is extra charges. You imagine to fix a doorbell and and electric plug to cost $507 dollars. This was not expected. First I thoughts that the 80$ will be part of the cost like other Techincian do. Second to diagnose the problem $ 162$ It is overpriced for sure and to repair may be extra. Like 2 hours work cost $507

Nightmarish experience. Called several weeks ahead to plan a large job. Appointment was rescheduled and eventually electrician arrived late with no prior knowledge of the scope of work required. Avoid this company like the plague. There are lots of alternatives.

Very unprofessional. Raj showed up at my townhouse, took a quick look of what needed to be done and quotes me over $1000 for a switch and outlet relocation (about 2 feet). That price wasn't even including taking a look at my laundry room light. I also had to pay $84 for him to come into my home for 5 minutes and quote me a ridiculous price. Got the job done perfectly by someone else for $250... Women use caution.

I've used the services of this business before, and will continue to utilize. My recent technician, Raj, came out ot my home to do the free electrical inspection that the company offers. And then again to replace our smoke/CO detectors. Raj was very professional and friendly both times. He was very thorough with his work, and took the time to explain his findings with the initial inspection. On his second visit, again his professionalism was above reproach, before he started, he made sure we went over the service he was there to perform, and to go over the items to be installed, and where exactly we wanted to install them. Professional, very courteous, and overall, a very friendly individual. Keep up the good work.

I hired this company on Monday of this week. It was not a positive experience due to what I believe was a very high fee, a pricing model that follows a "flat rate" system, and odd customer service. The problem persisted throughout the week. I contacted them on Thursday after an outlet I had requested be looked at on Monday but was not, stopped working. To this company's credit, they sent a technician out that day. I spoke directly with the same individual all day and she was pleasant and understanding. The technician arrived and fixed the issue free of cost. He also provided a quote to address the issue that appears persistent throughout my home. I very much appreciated this service. I still have questions re: pricing model however I was satisfied with the outcome and am grateful this company was able to fix the electrical issue effectively and efficiently. The technician also took the time to explain the issue to me and I really appreciated this as well. Thank you to both Nathan and Chantal.

Purchased a new induction range to find it couldn’t fit flush against the wall because our outlet was two high causing the power plug to be in the way. Called Professional Electrical, Raj came out the same day, was able to move the plug for our stove down so our new range would fit properly. While he was here I also had them install some USB electrical receptacles I had sitting around forever but didn’t get around to installing. Work was quick, and efficient. Raj was professional, courteous and friendly. The invoice pricing was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again! Very happy.
