Pelumi was very humble, courteous and respectful to me and my parents. He gave an honest opinion of what work could be done but doesn't necessarily need to be done. He took great care to replace the panel, fish new circuits to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the tough job of trenching through thick tree roots to bury the overhead wires from the house to the garage. He was always quick to respond to emails and more than happy to work around my schedule, which I greatly appreciate. The final invoices were reasonable and close to estimate. While that work was being done we decided to replace a bedroom fan and install a second bedroom fan we had, had changed out to a regular light years before. I contacted 3 different 98% to 99% star reviewed electricians and heard back from Pelumi the same day with a ballpark quote that seemed reasonable. We scheduled our service call and the Gravity Electrical Solutions arrived on time. The electrician we very polite and knowledgeable. I sent out 2 recommendations to businesses and people I know looking for electricians. Our price ended up being as quoted even though it took a bit of extra time due to parts not matching.

Tristan from Gravity Electrical Solutions came by to fix our doorbell 9 days ago. He was friendly and extremely efficient. Within less than 5 minutes, he quickly determined that the issue was a loose wire at the level of the transformer in our electrical cabinet. In the end, it turned out that we did not need to replace our doorbell button, chime, or transformer (which was good news). I cannot begin to tell you just how amazing Pelumi and his team are. We are having our roof replaced which was the perfect opportunity to have an exhaust fan installed in our bathroom (our neighbours got one as well). We hit a few speed bumps along the way with organizing the roofers due to materials not being available and the weather etc, Pelumi took it all in stride. He is one of the most patient people I have had the pleasure of working with, he never made me feel like I was burden. Fraser was a champ in installing our fans perfectly even with the challenge of the flat roof, some not so greatly placed cables and a light fixture that we found out was painted to the ceiling, not a chip of paint disturbed, incredible. Jason also came by to deal with some sketchy wiring we found in our kitchen fixtures, he made it seem effortless in his speed and efficiency and dealing with the dogs barking at him. We now have much better light fixtures and I can actually see what's in the freezer, haha. The level of professionalism, kindness, cleanliness, being on time and the efficiency of this whole team is amazing. Do yourself a favour and use them for your next project, big or small, they'll take care of it with a smile. Thank you SO much Pelumi, Fraser and Jason, you're all rockstars!!! He made us all feel comfortable, and took care of us. I had brought my own replacement, but Fraser replaced the doorbell with his own, which was both cheaper for us, easy to maintain, and sounded great. Gravity installed a large heavy chandelier for me in my home. The install was in the front entrance on an unusually high vaulted ceiling. It's a super difficult location but the Gravity guys didn't give up, we assessed the situation, came up with a plan, and they stayed through to the end of the job. I had Fraser come to the house to replace all the smoke /C02 alarms that were hard wired in my house. He showed up 30min earlier than the scheduled time which was great. He was in and out in less than 30min, explained to me what he was doing and then did his check test. I would use this place again for any other electrical issues. My only comment is that I filled out an online form to get a quote and did not hear back, so I ended up having to call them directly to get a quote. You might want to check if your online form works.
