Cannot fault how quick Aaron responded when I called him late in the day due to my power going out in half of my house. The fact that it was a ‘user’ issue and a homeowner needing some education, did not faze Aaron, nor did he make me feel totally stupid. Professional to the core and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
