I am happy to recommend ACD Electric after using them last week. I went through the google reviews and gave them a try. My issue was outrageous electrical bills. I called and the next day they sent a pleasant and focused electrician to do a load report. Then the next day the owner Alex came by to dig further into the issue. He was on the phone to ATCO and we were able to validate the meter and site power consumption were out of sync. I found ACD to be professional, quick and helpful. The billing was fair… I will be using them again.

I recently worked with ADC on a lift station project outside Grande Prairie. From my standpoint, as the project manager and engineering consultant on the job, ADC did excellent work. They were very professional, thorough, organized, and experienced. Alex and his team went above and beyond after there was a major emergency at my house after the power poles had been changed on my property. Alex responded to my boyfriend's phone call in the middle of the night seeking assistance and had someone out first thing the next day which is when the problem was found! Alex's team was out the next day and spent the whole day at my house fixing everything and ensuring that power was up and running. Not only did I not have power after the major emergency I also didn't have water as we have a cistern and no heat and Alex ensured and arranged for someone to come replace the water pump and the furnace as well! We also lost all of our appliances and Alex assisted with delivering our new fridge and stove! Alex was extremely helpful throughout the process and ensured that we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend ADC and will be using them in the future for any electrical needs at the house! :) Thank you again!
