This was a random place we just happened to find after finding all the hotels/motels/cabins were fully booked as we passed through. Unfortunately, it was dark and time consuming to set up our tent, but we weren't planning to stay here. We didn't know there was a Vault toilet until the next morning when we were heading out. It is an honor system to pay $12. A nice dozen lot. I wished we had seen the lake nearby but we were up and out by 5am. Would love to stay here again if more ideal situation was available with our schedule/ itinerary.

Long drive to campsite, easy to back in, quiet, no view, all of the mosquitoes. Great place to boondock for a quick sleep. Didn't have to unhitch.

Stayed mid July Nicest pit toilets we've had at any campground with pit toilets - well stocked with toilet paper and not filled to the top 3G service with Verizon Close to town Nice and wooded sites with very long level parking spaces Would definitely stay again

The camp was kept tidy, it was well patrolled by the police so it felt very safe. Free firewood and good access from the Alaska Highway.

Decent enough campground with relatively close to the lake itself. However, there are no fresh water toilets or washing station and the camp grounds can be a bit uneven. There is free firewood however which is always nice.

When you get here the campsites are split in 2. If you want to be closer to the lake, go to the left. There are no sites on the lake but a few have trails leading to the lake. I would say the best site would be #48 as a quick trail to the boat launch where they have a grassy area to hang out. 50-52 would have trails leading there as well. The sites are quite long and narrow and will fit all lengths of trailers. Quite a few pull throughsa as well. The free wood is a huge bonus as got down to -1 last night and the fire was a great way to keep warm. Make sure to bring an axe as you will need to split the wood. All the sites are very private. The bathrooms clean with toilet paper and for $12 a night that is an amazing price!!

Bathrooms, level spots, bear proof trash. I drove there in my car and the roads were fine. Great stop when paying through or looking for a vacation on a lake.

Amazing camp ground, about two kilometers off the highway and right on the lake this campground is a territory run site with the flat ratw of $12 bucks cash per night. They have free firewood that is to be burnt in the campground only and you'll need to spit it your self but FREE! All the spots are roomy and have good amounts of privacy. There are a couple of adjoining sites for people traveling together. The campsite is split into two parts half the sites sites are up a little bluff and the other half are right on the water. All of them are nice. They have water and outhouses at the pay station.

There are two campground loops, we stayed at the one closest to the lake. Our site (#36?) was quite nice and had enough room for our three tents and a huge picnic table. Outhouses were well kept and stocked. Firewood is free.

I rode my Harley up here and it was a fantastic experience Large private sites, my spot was pretty much on the lake Free firewood is a plus Although sleeping in a tent outside in August is a little bit nerve racking with all the black bears sniffing around
